The grand Macdonald Ballroom sets the stage for an opulent Christmas night celebration. Dinner features an array of local and fresh cuisine complemented by live music by the Tony Barton Orchestra.
In 2013, the dinner menu included a BC Salmon station; King crab legs, Snow crab claws, ice wine soaked scallops & citrus poached prawns; a West Coast oyster station and carvery stations of sage scented roasted turkey, slow roasted Alberta Prime rib, and thyme smoked rack of venison. A hot seafood station; extensive salad bar; vegetarian options and a decadent collection of desserts will complete the extravagant feast. The 2014 dinner menu will be released in August.
