The grand Macdonald Ballroom sets the stage for an opulent Christmas night celebration. Dinner features an array of local and fresh cuisine complemented by live music by the Tony Barton Orchestra.
The dinner menu will feature chilled King crab legs, Snow crab claws, scallops & citrus poached prawns; carvery stations of sage scented roasted turkey, slow roasted Alberta Prime rib, and cedar plank BC Salmon. A hot station with Venison Tourtiere, Sweet Pea Ravioli and Chef Graham's Purple Potato and Leek Strudel. There will also be an extensive salad bar; vegetarian options and a decadent collection of desserts to complete the extravagant feast.
