Spring Dining in The Wildflower

Spring is in the air at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler and The Wildlfower is celebrating with four courses for $41.00 per person. From 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. nightly, enjoy a scrumptious four-course meal featuring spring flavors like Chilled Pea soup with Dungeness Crab, Herb Roasted Halibut and Pemberton Vegetable Salad. For dessert, try the Warmed Almond Pear Tart or the decadent Chocolate Mousse Tart. Reservations are highly recommended.
