The Grill Room, one of Whistler's newest destination for chops, steak and seafood, is a hidden gem at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Accessible via The Wildflower restaurant, The Grill Room nestles beside a grand fireplace and rich, cherry wood wine cabinets filled with a hand-selected assortment of rare vintages and some of BC's best rated VQA wines.
The Dine-in Whistler menu features appetizers including:
- North Arm Farm Beet Salad
- Peppered Bison Carpaccio
- Table-Side Tomato Gin Soup
Featured entrees of:
- 8 oz Tenderloin
- 2 oz Berkshire Double Pork Chop,
- Steelhead Salmon&
- Free-Range Organic Roasted Half Chicken with goat cheese “snow”, herb salad, fleur de sel, cracked black
