Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner

In honor of the holiday, Fairmont chefs will be featuring a Thanksgiving dinner option - complete with traditional trimmings - in addition to seasonal menu selections. This menu selection will include succulent roasted turkey, savoury Chateau stuffing, fresh local vegetables and, of course, Pumpkin Tart served with spiced ice cream for dessert.

This not-to-be-missed Whistler Thanksgiving dinner will be served in The Wildflower and Mallard Lounge.

Portobello Market & Fresh Bakery in Whistler’s Upper Village takes all the hassle out of preparing a scrumptious Thanksgiving feast by doing all the hard work for you. Our talented chefs will prepare your Thanksgiving turkey, you just take it home. And if you like - you can even take the credit. We won’t tell.

Menu includes slow roasted organic BC turkey; Chef Vincent Stufano’s traditional stuffing; baked yams and butter whipped potatoes; roasted Pemberton valley root vegetables with thyme & maple syrup; pan gravy and Sugar Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream.

Cost - $195 (serves 8-10) plus taxes

Turkey-To-Go orders will be accepted until Saturday, October 12 at 11:00 a.m.  Full, non-refundable prepayment required at time of booking. Orders can be picked up between 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at Portobello Market & Fresh Bakery at The Fairmont Chateau Whistler, 4599 Chateau Boulevard
