Bell Staff

Bell staff are located in the Main Lobby of the hotel, next to the Front Desk. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Upon request, the Housekeeping staff will provide additional amenities such as humidifiers, cribs and cots.

Laundry Services

Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available through the Royal Service Department.  For same-day service, items must be provided by 9:00 a.m. and will be returned by 5:00 p.m.

Parking

Valet Parking
Valet Parking is available at the front doors of the hotel. In-and-out privileges are included. Valet parking will be charged to your room account unless otherwise specified. 

Overnight rate for Registered Guests: $25 excluding tax.
Velvet Glove Dinner Guests: Complimentary

Hourly rates:
First hour: $10 excluding tax
Additional hours: $5 excluding tax

Self Parking
Self Parking is available to the east of the hotel in the Richardson Centre Parkade which is connected to the hotel via underground walkway.

Overnight rate for Registered Guests: $18 excluding tax.

Pet Policy

Pets are permitted in the hotel. The animal must be under the supervision of the owner at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. A charge of $25 per day will be added.  Seeing-eye or other working dogs are always welcome and exempt of charges.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Safe deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk at no extra charge.

Wheelchair Accessibility

There are three Moderate Rooms with two double beds at the hotel which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms feature:

• wide doorways
• handrails in bathtubs
• raised toilet seats
• lowered peephole on the door
• lowered bars in closets
