Zama Grill
Zama Grill is the resort’s upscale a la carte restaurant. The menu highlights the abundant array of fresh local seafood, from fresh grilled lobsters to line caught tuna, diver squid to stone crabs, and finally banana leaf wrapped snapper. Our seafood is chosen daily by the Executive Chef during morning trips to meet the fishing boats as they come ashore on the high atoll from the Mnemba atoll just North of the resort.
