Zama Grill is the resort’s upscale a la carte restaurant.  The menu highlights the abundant array of fresh local seafood which is chosen daily by the Executive Chef during morning trips to meet the fishing boats as they come ashore on the high atoll from the Mnemba atoll just North of the resort.  We can also arrange romantic candle light dinners and chef tasting menus.
