"Al Andalus" Ramadan Experience

The Fairmont Bab Al Bahr "Al Andalus" Ramadan experience returns this year to take guests on a truly gourmet trip overlooking the magnificent backdrop of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

Ramadan Iftar buffet

Fairmont Bab Al Bahr’s CuiScene,Marco’s Italian, and Mazaj Bab Al Bahr have joined forces to host a sophisticated and enchanting Iftar buffet, created by culinary head chef Ayoub Makdissi and his talented team. Guests are invited to explore a generous buffet starting with tempting appetizers such as a wide selection of soups and cold and hot mezzeh including cheese sambousek, fried kibbeh, and labneh manakish. Moving on to the main courses, visitors will enjoy local and international live stations serving lamb ouzi and other seasonal favorites, along with Indian and Asian specialties. The fast-breaking finale will include a kunafa station and ice cream along with dried fruits and traditional sweets such as Halawet El Jibn, Pistachio Mafroukeh Kishta and Aish Al Saraya. 

 

When: Sunset to 9pm

Price: AED285 per person, 50 % discount for kids between 6 and 12 while kids under 5 will dine for free.

 

Suhour at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr

For those looking to extend their experience, Fairmont Bab Al Bahr’s Suhour offers two but yet unique options, both welcoming guests from 10pm onwards with A la Carte menu and live entertainment.

"Al Andalus" Tent returns

The popular Al Andalus Tent will promising a vibrant and architectural delight, including a glorious arch-shaped glass window at the entrance. Situated on the grass of the Falcon Lawn and offering a panoramic view of the Great Mosque of Sheikh Zayed, the tent can accommodate 400 people. With sophisticated bright colours and golden touches, visitors are prepared for an intimate and exhilarating evening.

When: from 10pm until 2am on weekdays and 3am on weekends
Price: A la carte. Please note that there will be a minimum spend of AED 150 per person for Suhour (The minimum spend includes will only cover food and beverages).
