Our main lobby is wheelchair accessible. The hotel’s front doors are directly accessible from the driveway and there are no steps up or down to enter the lobby. The front desk is wheelchair accessible and there are no steps up or down to approach the front desk.

The lobby’s restroom is accessible.

PUBLIC FEATURES

All three entrances to the hotel (separate wings) are accessible via ramp.

RESTAURANTS

Most of our restaurants are wheelchair accessible with the exclusion of the Waldhaus Restaurant & Waldhaus Pub & Biergarten. Our wait staff will read menu for individuals who are legal impaired or have low vision.

FITNESS & AQUATIC CENTRE

Our fitness centre is accessible.

PARKING

Guest requiring assistance will be given valet access.
