Pyramid Restaurant & Bar's sleek contemporary décor is perfectly paired with exciting menus which draw inspiration from local farmers and purveyors. Our fresh market approach to dining incorporates products that are organic, authentically local and sustainable. Pyramid Restaurant menu infuses classic dishes with modern twists while highlighting the wide range and variety of products available in the state of Texas.

While the concept of the fresh-market approach for restaurants is often talked about, at Pyramid Restaurant, the commitment is truly brought to life, with sourcing of local/regional products, the largest hotel/restaurant herb and vegetable garden in the area (3,000 square feet atop the Terrace) and myriad house-made menu items.

 Saturday & Sunday, 7 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Lunch:Monday to Friday, 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Brunch:Saturday & Sunday, 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Dinner:Tuesday to Saturday, 6 p.m-10 p.m. Closed Sunday & Monday
