Lead line pony rides will be offered for the younger kids ages 2-6.
Pony rides are available Tuesday through Sunday for $70 per rider the following times:
12:30 pm to 12:45 pm
12:45 pm to 1:00 pm
1:30 pm to 1:45 pm
$70 per person | 15 minutes
The Equestrian Center
Grand Del Mar’s Equestrian Center is Southern California’s most exquisite stable and riding center. Featuring scenic trails, a state-of-the-art arena, and overall premium horse care, the Equestrian Center offers riding and non-riding activities for all ages and levels of experience.

Trail Rides
Commune with nature on the back of one of our special creatures.
Embark on a guided excursion along sagebrush-lined trails past a grove of giant oaks. Safe and reliable trail horses will be provided to accommodate all levels of riders. Horses will be groomed and tacked up prior to the guest’s arrival in order to maximize riding time.

Minimum age requirement – 7 years old and at least 50’ tall
$180 per person | 40 minutes
Horseback Riding Lessons
Horseback riding lessons will be offered in the arena upon request.
Lessons are 45 minutes in length and include grooming/tacking up the horse and a private riding lesson.
Grooming services will be offered for those with time constraints.
Minimum age requirement – 7 years old and at least 50’ tall
$200 per person | 45 minutes
