1. Reservations & Confirmation

All reservations must be made in advance either via our Concierge team and Paper Moon Taghazout Team. Seating is strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the full payment or the required guarantee.

2. Eligibility and Dress Code

These experiences are strictly reserved for guests aged 18 and above.  A chic and elegant dress code is required for all evenings. 

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Guest Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 15 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.

Hotel Cancellation: In the event that Fairmont Taghazout Bay cancels the event due to force majeure or otherwise, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

4. Special Requirements and General Terms

Allergies & Diets: Guests must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking, as the menus are pre-set. 

Program Changes: Fairmont Taghazout Bay reserves the right to modify the program or menus without prior notice, while guaranteeing an equivalent or superior experience.

Media Consent: Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image.
