The Botanist culinary team will curate a five-course tasting menu, each dish thoughtfully paired with a distinguished champagne from Louis Roederer’s esteemed collection, concluding with the iconic Cristal 2015.
About Louis Roederer
Founded in 1833, Louis Roederer remains one of the last great independent, family-owned Champagne houses. With a vision to oversee every step of the winemaking process, Roederer began acquiring Grand Cru vineyards in the mid-1800s—an ethos that continues to define the house today.
Its 250 hectares stretch across Champagne’s most revered terroirs, cultivated with a deep respect for biodiversity and a dedication to preserving the identity of each parcel.
