LOUIS ROEDERER CHAMPAGNE DINNER

Join us for a special evening of refinement with Louis Roederer Champagne House, featuring special guest Stéphane Richer de Forges direct from the maison. The Botanist culinary team will curate a five-course tasting menu, each dish thoughtfully paired with a distinguished champagne from Louis Roederer’s esteemed collection, concluding with the iconic Cristal 2015.

About Louis Roederer

Founded in 1833, Louis Roederer remains one of the last great independent, family-owned Champagne houses. With a vision to oversee every step of the winemaking process, Roederer began acquiring Grand Cru vineyards in the mid-1800s—an ethos that continues to define the house today.

Its 250 hectares stretch across Champagne’s most revered terroirs, cultivated with a deep respect for biodiversity and a dedication to preserving the identity of each parcel. This careful craftsmanship has given rise to some of the world’s most renowned cuvées, from the Collection series to Cristal, first created in 1876 for Tsar Alexander II.
