Our guided Fitness Classes are designed to help you keep up with your fitness routine even while on vacation. Classes are complimentary and open to hotel guests, no reservation required.

Class Schedule

  • Monday & Wednesday: Pilates Mat
    Floor and bar exercises strengthen your core muscles, increase your muscle tone and improve your posture
  • Tuesday: Yoga
    All levels welcome
  • Thursday: Infinite Method™
    Infinite Method is a sustainable workout that includes balance exercises with light free weights, focusing on core and toning
  • Saturday + Sunday: Stretch
    Limber up all your major muscles and joints
