Good Stay for Kids

Kids enjoyed the pool and didn’t want to get out. Rooms were nice and clean. Overall a good experience.

Compared to other Accor hotels not up to the same level. Facilities a little bit outdated, overall not too clean and not too much attention to detail. Service not comparable to normal UAE standards. Tables outside not clean, no candles, no decoration.

Warm Hospitality, Well located

The stay was good however the amenities in the room could have been improved. The toilet flush malfunctioned and kept on leaking through the night. This really bothered us and affected our sleep. Even though staff fixed and was extremely prompt and responsive and helped us in the middle of the night! WOW! I have never experienced this type of hospitality in any hotel. Also, the light in the room kept on flickering and even after engineer visited and fixed. These problems really impacted our stay negatively and could have been made better. However, we loved the breakfast, the beach and the pools.

Worst fairmont I ever stayed in it

I stayed in many fairmont around the world, but I never saw a poor one like the one in Fujairah, it’s like the 3 star hotel , all the hotel smells bad from the room and the sheet's , and the carpet, towels , bath robs , worst food quality I’m really shocked .

Good stay but

I liked the room and the friendly staff but there must be some mosquito control , I'm still suffering their bits always there is room to improve in the breakfast , the coffee was not good.

Amazing stay

The front desk Ragil did everything she could to help us. 10 out of 10 good review for her! I've written the more full-blown review on Tripadvisors. The team at Fairmont Fujairah deserves five stars

Nice clean room. Food and outdoor toilets at pool were awful.

The room and service on check in were great. However I thought the breakfast was poorly managed we waited 5 mins to be seated and the selection was poor. I have stayed in fairmonts throughout the UK and UAE and this was a seriously low pedigree to the rest. The toilets at the pool were awful and unclean. Other than that the stay was relatively pleasant but would up the game on the breakfast and have a cleaner actively going in the toilets

Calm & Beautiful

Property was excellent for family, specially for Kids. Lots of activities dedicated to kids. Complimentary breakfast was also good. Overall it was nice experience.

A different time, a different place

It was our second stay with the hotel, the first some three years ago. The difference in time felt almost as if we were staying in a different place. Having felt quite exclusive previously, the evidently fully-booked hotel felt much more like a package holiday venue. Some aspects of the food quality and range appear to have suffered as a result - products that are easier and faster to prepare at scale replacing those that take more time or reflect a wider international palate. There was no shortage of what was available and it was made to a good standard. But the guest experience in comparison was to be presented with a smaller range of simpler choices.
