We have stayed at several Fairmont properties they are our favorite hotels to stay in. This is the first time staying at the Ghirardelli Fairmont we were only going to stay one night but we ended up staying another night because of the view felt safe and comfortable.

The staff was very attentive and the location was awesome.
The staff was excellent. The man originally from Morocco was particularly helpful. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was. It was great to be steps from Palette Tea House and other delicious food at Ghirardelli Square. Being so close to the serene water and views was also nice.
it has been over a year since our last stay. it was comforting to see many familiar faces who welcomed us back and some new faces as well. on the outside everyone seems to work so well together. nice to see. welcome to Emer. thank you for all you did for us during our two week stay.
