1609 and Crown & Anchor, two of the hotel’s restaurants, the retail shops and Exhale Spa are now open for dining with health and safety protocols in place for the protection of our guests and colleagues. The Duchess Café and Gelateria will reopen on Tuesday, 1st of September. The Princess Beach Club and the hotel’s two pools – including poolside dining and bar service – are ready to welcome you back. Marcus’ and the Gold Lounge will remain closed at this time.

We've stayed at your property some years ago when it was just "Fairmont". We specifically liked the "laid back", reserved, and British atmosphere at that time. I made the reservations somewhat quickly and did not realize the extent of the renovation of the old hotel into its new "Princess" resort motif. Although our stay was most enjoyable, we probably won't be returning. The property on whole was excellent. The dining was superb, the two pools were enjoyable, and our room was adequate.

The Hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Such a gorgeous property. Friendly staff. CLEAN! ISSUES 1. Room - Hot water was hit or miss. We showered in cold water most of our stay. 2. Room - Shower had hair in it. On the walls and in the drain. Was not cleaned well at all. We showered with flip flops on. 3. Room - TV channels need to be adjusted. More channels would be nice. Half the time the channels that were offered were not working "off signal" 4. Reservations - when I made the reservation I was told my card would be charged on the 23 of July. Upon checkout they told me no charge was made BUT I didn't have my credit card. Thankfully I had another card and was able to use it. This is very unprofessional and wrong. The person who took my cars information told me the reservation was booked and paid. Other than the above, we had a great time!

I am a Fairmont gold member and was hugely disappointed about the room I got - small and with an interior view. For a frequent traveler to Bermuda who stays at the Fairmont Hamilton princes, I was sorely disappointed about the room.
Our stay on the Fairmont Gold exceeded all expectations. The staff, especially Peter and Rolly, paid attention to all the small details that can make a huge difference. Polite, professional and pleasant, our needs were anticipated before we needed to ask. The room was lushly adorned and white glove clean. It was the happiest stay I've ever had in my ten trips to Bermuda.
Everything was a pleasure. The staff could not have been nicer or more hospitable. Loved everything from dinner at the Intrepid to the unexpected pleasure of visiting the hospitality tent at the Cup Match.
Stay was superb from start to finish.
