1609 and Crown & Anchor, two of the hotel’s restaurants, the retail shops and Exhale Spa are now open for dining with health and safety protocols in place for the protection of our guests and colleagues. The Duchess Café and Gelateria will reopen on Tuesday, 1st of September. The Princess Beach Club and the hotel’s two pools – including poolside dining and bar service – are ready to welcome you back. Marcus’ and the Gold Lounge will remain closed at this time.

I checked in for a night while docked in port with NCL. I didn’t want to leave. The shuttle drivers were so informative on our trip to the beach. The workers ar the beach club were also great. One of the best beaches I have been to in Bermuda.

My stay was fine.
The pool, lobby and other amenities were amazing. The only downside was the room, the patio was dirty and didn't have the loungers on it like it was supposed to. It's not the biggest issue but for a room that is $1,750 per night ($950 with our corporate rate) you don't expect such glaring mishaps. My daughter also found some very old berries when she put her hand under the couch. Basically, they just need to do a better walk-thru before someone checks into the room.
I was in Bermuda on business. The Princess was within walking distance to my work destination. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The exercise room was top notch and open 24/7. The morning breakfast buffet was plentiful and well done. I could not be happier with the experience.
Late checkout and the staff was very accommodating, very helpful and an awesome experience overall.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. For the price of the suite I would expect the furniture to be in better condition. It was banged and battered and definitely showing its age.
