Wonderful Experience

This is our second time at the hotel and as expected, this visit was just wonderful. From the minute we arrived at the hotel through our entire stay, we experienced the charm of Bermuda and a warm and caring hotel team. The bellmen led by Michael and Damon were great. The wait staff and managers at the dining rooms were lovely and so accommodating. The desk staff were terrific and I the housekeeping and room service folks were great. And finally, the Duchess coffee shop ladies were awesome. Hope I didn’t miss anyone - Thanks for a great stay - my wife and I just retired and we so enjoyed our time. We will be back soon.
