Big Improvements

There have been many improvements to the facilities in the Fairmont property. The new beach restaurants, the restaurants at the pool area and the facilities in the Fairmont hotel have all been replaced or improved. It was a long time in coming.

Great resort, awesome staff, large accommodations, beautiful renovation at the Beach Club.

We booked the trip sort of last minute (two weeks out from Spring Break). We had stayed at Rosewood Mayakoba, Viceroy, and other spots through the years, and was unsure about Fairmont, but after visiting, we want to come back already! The staff was all really warm, welcoming, and smiled - made the family trip super fun and enjoyable. Leo (manager of Laguna), the entire Beach club staff, Eddy at the pool. Victor (driver), Alejandro at the beach, so many to thank. The Heritage was great - nice stock in the kitchen, would have liked some food in there upon arrival (something small) considering the price per night, but we used the grocery service which was good. We looked to book next year but prices seem super high - will they come down? Also, there are so many room options, would be good to know which are renovated vs. not renovated prior to booking a normal room at the Fairmont Mayakoba. Is that possible? Also, we usually go through Virtuoso but I feel like there should be a map and you can generally pick the area to book a room/suite, etc. Beach area is too general - what does that mean on the map? Would be nice to see a range of spots since there are so many and the room location is a big thing. Irene was an amazing Butler - we really enjoyed her warm customer service, do anything attitude, smile, and friendliness! She should get multiple stars for amazing work during spring break. She helped get our kids a pinata for her birthday!! Simply wonderful service. Thank you!! Would be great if Fairmont.com accepted crypto/digital assets via a payment provider,

Great vacation spot

The Fairmont Heritage Place was fantastic. In addition, the resort was superior and the beach was out of this world. To that you add all of the other resorts and their restaurants, and this place is unique in all the world. The staff was fantastic and very attentive. It was one of the best vacations we have ever taken.
