What is Fairmont Heritage Place, El Corazon de Santa Fe?
Fairmont Heritage Place, El Corazon de Santa Fe is a luxurious, member-owned residential enclave comprising an intimate clubhouse and 16 elegant two-bedroom residences ideally located in the heart of historic downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Club offers the benefits of owning a vacation home at one of the world’s most desirable destinations, plus the personalized service only Fairmont delivers. There are eight Club ownerships per residence, ensuring that each owner enjoys abundant and flexible lodging privileges.

Why was the concept developed?
The concept was developed to significantly reduce the financial burden of a luxurious second home. It also frees owners from the upkeep and security worries normally associated with ownership and provides generous, flexible usage. Complete with Fairmont’s personalized services and special loyalty program status, this form of ownership transforms the second home into something more—a way to embrace an entire world of Fairmont travel privileges.

How is the ownership of a Home conveyed?
Ownership is evidenced by a real estate warranty deed, which is recorded and insured by a title policy. Each owner is conveyed a one-eighth undivided, deeded interest in one of the Club’s fully furnished residences and an interest in the common areas.

Can a legal/corporate entity be an owner of Fairmont Heritage Place?
Yes. Legal and corporate entities are allowed to own one-eighth interests. Such owners are subject to the same usage procedures as individual owners.

Is Fairmont Heritage Place a typical interval ownership development?
No. The Club is owned and enjoyed much like a private equity golf country club. Interval ownership is typically the right to use only a specific week, with lodging limited to a specific unit. Club owners have access to all Club residences within their membership category with the right to use anytime, subject only to reservation policies.

How often can owners use their home?
As often as you wish, subject to the Club’s reservation policies and availability. Owners have the flexibility of reserving Club vacations well in advance and also on a short-notice basis. Each year, you may reserve up to 4 weeks of vacation time in advance. This leaves abundant opportunity for additional short-notice vacations. However, there is no limit to the amount of use. If some owners visit their Club less, others can visit more.

Will owners have storage space services available?
Yes. The Club offers secure storage of clothing, personal items and sporting equipment. This amenity allows you to minimize packing when vacationing at Fairmont Heritage Place, El Corazon de Santa Fe. Storage items are placed in your residence just prior to your arrival.

Do owners pay dues?
Yes. These dues pay for the professional management and operation of the property.

What are the benefits of ownership?
You enjoy access to all Club facilities while in residence, including the fitness center, Owners Lounge, and gardens. The Club’s Fairmont services team cleans your residence, and stocks the kitchen with your family’s favorite snacks and food prior to arrival (upon request). To secure dinner reservations, event tickets or even a tee time, just ask the Club concierge. As a Fairmont Heritage Place owner, you receive special loyalty recognition, entitling you to the best available upgrades and many other privileges at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts worldwide.

Can my Fairmont Heritage Place ownership be sold?
Yes. Your Ownership can be sold or bequeathed like any other real estate.

Can unaccompanied guests be sent to vacation in the Homes?
Yes. You may invite unaccompanied guests to use any of your confirmed Club vacations without a guest fee. Additionally, you can reserve more than one home at a given time if sufficient Club residences within your membership category are available.
