I spent a week in the hotel and the stay was really outstanding. Only one thing made it to be rated a 9 instead of a 10, and it is we couldn’t use the pool as it was not opened due to some work they were doing. The kindness of all the personnel is incredible, and the service is simply perfect.
Convenient, well price, we got upgraded to the bigger room thanks.
It is always great to stay at the fairmont! The lobbies are always the best to spend time before dinner or after work. The rooms are also very comfortable. The staff is always gracious.
A quick layover in Vancouver
The staff was excellent. I had a problem with a noisy fan in my room and they move me to another room right away. Everyone from the concierge to the front desk staff to the cleaning staff were professional, respectful and very helpful.
I checked to make sure that the bottled water displayed on the desk was not one of the ones on the price list. It wasn’t so assumed it was complimentary. Did not find out till we received the bill with the exorbitant price. Disappointing!

was ok, rooms are lil small. I was not happy the front desk person put over 3g on my credit card by mistake. I did not give him permission to do that. Room was direct billed my credit security put a hold on my card and I couldn't use it until I called to remove that
An heartless/emotionless robot checked me in - the worst and the most boring check in ever! It would’ve been even better for me to check in myself with a machine if that was possible. I was the one who said hi first to the female front desk agent to check in. She didn’t even greet me and asked for my last name & credit card which made me think like “am I at an Inn?” Since she never asked for the purpose of stay, I told her it’s for bday celebration and tried to see if she could make my stay memorable. As expected, she didn’t care at all and gave me a room key & piece of paper containing hotel/amenity information asking me to read. How nice!
Staff very helpful . The hotel is very nice . I felt pampered . The only disappointment is the French onion soup in the restaurant .
