From beginning to end great experience. Such a beautiful hotel breakfast was always amazing and the Gold Lounge was exceptional environment and service. Seven made our experience unique, fun and just perfect overall. He went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect and we really loved our stay. We will be back!

Hotel room is good for a stay but there is no rooftop there is no place to have fun and entertainment unfortunately I been stayed so many hotels in Istanbul this is the only hotel so ridiculous

At Reception Emrecan, Dy. Front desk manager was so adamant and made my family to stay at reception more than 50 minutes Al late evening. My family was so tired after 6 hours flight Never ever happened to me in my life time.being a platinum member of Accor.

we had a 4 night-stay in Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, the service was as expected from a 5 star accomodation. Although there was an issue we had with the hotel swimming pool that they let couple of dogs jump into the public swimming pool and swim there. This was my first time seeing letting pets in a not private swimming pool. That is definitely a big NO to to try this hotel again. This might be acceptable by hotel policies but as guests we didnt like it at all. I have googled online to find out if it is an acceptable fact and couldnt find even 1 supporting result. I will write down a comment in travleing social media to warn others.
