Fairmont Quasar Istanbul offers a selection of group activity classes to help challenge your workout and achieve your goals. Below are our most popular group activities for our members and hotel guests, all group activities to be reserved in advance, please contact our spa reception for our weekly fitness group activity schedule.

Pavigym® 
Pavigym is one of the newest trends in fitness offering an interactive workout that’s challenging but fun. Pavigym creates a specific area for Functional Training based upon spatial references on the floor. You have to see it to understand it but we definitely recommend giving this a try.

Mat Pilates 
Our Mat Pilates class focuses on strengthening the core postural muscles which help keep the body balanced and are essential for providing support to the spine.

Yoga & Meditation
The practice of yoga has been known to increase flexibility, decrease stress levels and energize and restore the mind. Meditation can significantly improve your life. Our meditation program is designed to alleviate stress, lower blood pressure, and promote your general well-being.

 ABS & Burn
Flatten your belly with our abs & burn classes which combines fat-burning cardio with moves that target your entire core rather than individual muscles so you’ll burn more fat while toning up.

HIIT
The accurately poetic acronym HIIT stands for “high-intensity interval training”. A HIIT workout mixes short bursts of activity with even shorter rest periods. Ideally, you work to your maximum capacity during the short bursts of activity. And since you're working to your max, you burn more calories in less time. 

Dance Cardio
Imagine you’re in a nightclub with all your best friends. The music is bumping, the crowd is energetic, and you’re feeling good. You’re probably even sweating and your heart rate is up high.
