Absolute gem of a place! Bit expensive but it’s worth every penny! The service was outstanding as well as the food! Breakfast I would say they can approve on but still good! They have set a standard which I think anyone wants should definitely stay the hospitality gives you the feel of a lavish chill vibe! Anyone that is willing to spend a bit of money, wanting to be treated and planning a trip in Jaipur this worth your while!

The Rooms on 1st floor are excellent but rooms on 4th Flor need attention The Very Best for Relaxation. A very nice restaurant. A warm welcoming, followed by an excellent service, with a lot of attention to details on order to please you. Good service by Tejas Joshi and Premi who took complete care of our needs. And special thanks to chef Sonu Dhakad for making special dishes for us. Which were too delicious and out of the box. Excellent house keeping staff special thanks to Ms. Bhanupriya & Mr. Kajod Meena

Room keys consistently didn't open door and would have to go reset multiple times a day. The key to enable energy in the room wouldn't work half the time. Was also price gouged scheduling a ride when the shuttle service they booked wouldn't leave on time.

I have stayed at Fairmont Jaipur a few times now and I really like the property. This time the check in experience was horrible and delayed and we got the room at 4:30 pm. We had to do the same formalities at the check in counter on the ground floor and then do the same at Alll member check in counter on the first floor. Even after that the rooms were not available and I had to really push the team to give me a room. They kept saying it will take just 10-15 minutes and kept delaying it Restaurant experience, in room dining, and the staff was courteous and I had no issues with it I believe with too many wedding being hosted it has started to seem more like a luxury banquet hall rather than a peaceful luxury hotel. And for the price that is being charged there are more options like Leela, Alila, that may be my choice in the future as Fairmont seems to be loosing its charm for me at least

We are very sad to inform that we had a very bad experience. Since it was our first wedding anniversary we were excited to stay in Fairmont. However, when we went for dinner the housekeeping team came to decorate our room and my bag was open and Rs. 2500 cash was missing. We also informed the management about it , they were very cordial and helpful but still we are extremely sure that this mishap has definitely happened. We also discussed it with our friends so even they also have experienced the same thing in the past. After that we were in complete shock that such kind of behaviour is not acceptable from such a prestigious property. We will not be recommending it and will never be visiting it in future. There is a big issue of safety. It’s a request to please maintain the privacy even if DND is not active still the team should inform before entering the room for any reason whether it’s cleaning, keeping the luggage or decorating the room until asked/informed. We are highly disappointed as it was our very special occasion which got ruined because of this mishap. Will be expecting an improvement for the same and hope it never happens with anyone else who visits in future.
