Very pleasant and no complaints at all. The food and accommodations were great. The employee named Nangko who happened to be cleaning my room when I arrived was especially cordial and friendly.

This is my first stay in Fairmont. From the very start, i felt the staff quite ignorant. They dont help me to pick up my baggage from car, and dont help when i put down my baggage from scanned area. When i search for the room meeting, there is no enough sign which direction to go, there is no one to ask. When I search for the restaurant, there is no signboard at the restaurant which company has dinner in which restaurant. In the restaurant we ordered juices but they did not come until we finish the breakfast. It is my very first time when the hotel even cannot fulfil my order at the restaurant. When i go check out, the staff also did not help me (even not offering an help) with my baggage. Eventhough I only have one baggage, it is very rare for me to experience such bad service in 5 star hotel. I give 7 just for the nice location, other else you need to improve your service.

Business trip. Stayed in Gold room which was exceptional as usual. Visited the Gold Lounge and as normal, Evelyn and the entire staff were fantastic. I have been asked numerous times by other hotels to move and give them a chance to get my business but I continually refuse because I do not think anyone else would treat me as well as your staff in the Gold Lounge do. They are all exceptional people who Fairmont should be very proud of. Fairmont is a great hotel but it is your staff that keep me coming back. Thanks
