Our room was very clean, fresh, warm and we had an amazing view of the Parliament. Also probably the friendliest and the most professional staff I have ever encountered. The breakfast buffet was superb. We asked for hot chocolate which wasn’t even on the menu and our server whipped one up for us without a blink. It was very very good. And we HAVE TO come back for your French crepes! My kids are still talking about them haha!
Bathtub was dirty. Wine stain on the floor, bathroom door was dirty for some reason, south closet stank. The room is awkward in shape.
I travelled for business and was very happy with the hotel. The only thing I would suggest for improvement is USB outlets in the room. I was very surprised to find there were none
Overall great,…when we could not figure out coffee maker one of us went down and got free coffee from the restaurant, So that made up for it!

The room was lovely and the hotel had a very opulent feel especially as we walked into the lobby Unfortunately, the walls of the room are so so thin that we could hear the conversation word for word that our neighbour next door was having. We complained twice to reception and we were told that this is just a feature of the hotel and there was nothing that could be done about it. I think that's is disgraceful that a 'feature' as fundamental and intrusive as this is not mentioned on the website so that clients are aware that the walls are thin and you will possibly not get a good night's sleep if the neighbours next door are having a conversation.
