I would like to express my disappointment with the service provided during my recent stay. The carpet was not clean and had a bad smell. In addition no one came to clean the room unless we call the housekeeping services. Additionally, one night, one of your employee knocked on our door which was quite annoying without any prior communication from us.
Fantastic hotel with fantastic accommodating staff. This is the best location for haram sharif and you can enjoy the best views. The hotel is very luxurious and the staff are very helpful with Islamic and historical knowledge. The staff made our stay very easy. The hotel is classy clean and spacious. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade for breakfast at the 360 view restaurant with fantastic views of haram sharif.
I love everything about the hotel generally, but was not very impressed with the room I got. And the bathroom. Poor water drain system in the bathroom. Overall Alhamdulillah I'm grateful 🙏
I am a loyal customer. I believe I have been staying here for more than 7 years. I stay here in every Ramadan. This time during check in the staff were considerably less accommodating. While they did their job and they provide exactly the service expected. Yet usually the staff is more friendly and understanding. I don’t know if this is a new policy from the hotel + the room has an electric socket that was totally exposed. Hazard. Other than that, it was a good stay. Thank you

Satisfying Good room Good service
The service is amazing and the hotel is experience is great but the issue are the lifts
We stayed a week in the blessed city of Makkah. Its a shame it came to an end. Fairmont were very welcoming all staff and easy to get on with. We're also helpful for directions and support
me and my family are regular customers of fairmont clock tower for years its a nice hotel and great location. The staff are very freindly and polite. I want to mention one waiter at the breakfast restaurant his name is malik a very very good waiter with leadership qualities. He went out of his way to serve us a very respectable man. However my only concern only concern is the toilet its not washed by cleaning detergents and its really filthy from inside even if you flash and that made us really disgusted so please make sure the cleaners wash the toilets properly in order to keep up with the standard of your great hotel
Fairmont Clock Tower Makkah was an excellent location with amazing access to the Haram. However, the hotel is no where near the 5 star luxury experience that it promotes. Our rooms were dates with the showers and toilets leaking. The breakfast buffet was excellent however lacking dips like muttabul and Hummus. The concierge was un-manned. Organising for our taxis and charter cars to enter the clock tower was a NIGHTMARE with a complete lack of co-ordination between internal permit system and gate staff. The hotel does not have its own taxi management system either. We organised for our airport transport service twice in one day. First time my mother made her train with 4 mins to spare with a 2 hour permit nightmare. Later in the day when we had to go, we allowed 3 hours for ourselves, only for the service to be even worse. We ended up missing our train due to the hotels permit systems. While the hotel is great access to the Haram, unfortunately it feels like management is using this reason alone to drop the ball of other critical guest experiences. We were booked in to return and stay again in December, however have changed our accomodation due to this ridiculous bad management.
