Well located , clean

The hotel is very well located and the staff is helpful We have encountered some bad experience such as ; the staff at the main restaurant wasn’t up to to the standard , the waiting time in front of the elevators was too much , the lack of giving assistance at checking out since the hotel refrain from providing a paid transportation and we had to walk-in a very bad weather at least 15 minutes to find the suitable transportation
