The breakfast was excellent. The view from our room was remarkable. The maid service and concierge service was fair. Lovely hotel. The room was hot and we were unable to lower the temperature.

I used to stay in Montreux Palace since 2004. At that time it was truly a "Palace". This time, coming as an Accor Gold member I was really dissappointed by the stay. Firstly, the room which I booked turned to be super small and old and had no balcony (despite the fact that on the photos room looked more modern and has a balcony). Secondly, the service itself used to be better. When we arrived at the Hotel, nobody helped with the luggage so I had to carry it myself to the reception. Also, we noticed that the quality of the breakfast used to be better. Finally at the check out, we prepared the bag with champagne and snacks to take with on the journey and it was dropped by the porter.. The only thing which remained the same was the spa and the garden in front of the Lake.

Our stay was truly magical - we were orignally allocated a room on the 6th floor which was not up to expectations and the expected standard, however after a brief discussion with Johnathan & Maxime Chappot they moved us to room 206 which was wonderful - we will certainly be visiting next year for the MJF and this time we will be joining you for a week stay with friends and family - I will be in touch timeously to make sure we book nice rooms and look forward to meeting you Michael - Funky Claudes / Jazz bar & Restaurant / Spa were all truly special and although our stay was short this time itwas truly a wonderful experience - Thank You to you and your Staff

I was very unhappy with my stay 2 men were banging at my door at 5 40 in the morning I called security, no body came fir 5 min After the secund call to the night manager, someone came and called me that they located 2 men and would call the police I never received any excuse/ message: follow up the next day I had to ask the next night about the follow up and again the last day to speak with the manager who then excused, saying they cannot do anything about it Not a good feeling when security does not show up when you call for an emergency Not vey professional how the incident was handled Very bad feeling
