Fantastic one night stay with a great night in the library bar being looked after by one of the the best bartenders in Canada Renee.
For the price paid, one might expect a breakfast and wi-fi to be included. Other than that, it was excellent, comfortable, friendly, all good. Note: Free wi-fi required a sign up to a third party system which I was not interested in doing.

Everything was great. Shower water pressure, however was very poor. Worst I have ever seen at any hotel.
The services as below average, The hotel id old, only provide water on first day then you have to pay for it, change new mattress every three days.For the amount of money we pay to stay for 6 nights, it is definitely not worth it. Elevator was faulty, There was red mark on Elevator door look like blood was not clean the whole 6 days we were there. Over rate hotel, staff need to be re-trained for customer service.
We were blown away by the level of service and care we received by every employee we interacted with at the hotel during our stay. It started with Paul at the Valet Parking, he kindly directed us as we approached and was super funny and lovely to interact with. Checking in was easy and straight forward, house keeping was fantastic and very detailed with the care of our room. The Concierge desk was extremely helpful when we inquired about our requested late checkout and they helped us to figure out a way to extend our stay a bit that worked with our plans. The employees that were in charge of the luggage hold room were wonderful and even helped us to carry our luggage down the stairs when we went back to pickup our car. Even a gentleman that was changing the bag in a garbage can by the elevators helped us to locate the lobby bathrooms before we headed out and showed concern that we had all of our luggage with us and we had to walk back to the other end of the lobby. I wish I could remember everyone's name who we spoke to so I could give them a massive shout out however, I'll just state that all of this care from everyone we spoke to resulted in an extremely wonderful experience. Thank you so much for creating an experience for us that was so warm and welcoming, we truly appreciated it and it made our weekend so amazing!
Got allocated a room on the third floor, as soon as you enter, the whole floor just reek of cigarettes. once you entered the room, the room did not smell good either but i was too tired to go all the way back and ask for another room. tried to order in room dining but no one picked up. overall, it was just not a very pleasant stay. Had some drinks and dessert in lobby bar that was wonderful though.
