Hotel is nicely located just across the Union Station. Service was however so-so. One day they did not replace my drinking water & soap, the other day water in the toilet & bath was super hot with no cold water. When I checked out, system was down so unable to close the bill. Wifi is also an extra charge.
Lifts: Carpark lifts and main lobby lifts were sometimes faulty, which is very annoying on such busy weekend (SIBOS). Amenities: Upon check-in, I was told the entire hotel was running out of toothbrush and I was invited to buy my own at the convenient store. It's very embarrassing for such hotel, especially on the SIBOS week... Breakfasts: We were not told that breakfasts were not included upon check-in (our company systematically include breakfast). We sometimes went to breakfast (not everyday due to the massive queue and limited seats), but we would have only taken a coffee/bread to go if we knew it as we were candidly mentioning that we would go to the buffet and only had fruits, coffee and a small plate. Not worth it on the price-side and for the time we had to wait. Laundry: I dropped 4 shirts for pressing only before 9an on Saturday, they were returned after 7pm on Sunday. Internet: The WIFI was often disconnecting, I had to manually reconnect, affecting my online meetings. Library: The selection is surprising and we tried 4 different cocktails, 2 of them we simply could not finish (tasting like medicine). Below the quality of similar places in Singapore, for instance. Storage room: I left 2 items on my check-out date, one of them was returned with a broken handle.
Clean and spacious room, lovely ambience, Library Bar is one of the best bars I've been to, staff are all experienced and polite.
The concierge service was incredible over our stay. I was hoping to surprise my wife with a small gift in the bedroom upon arrival, and Monika (as well as Sylvia and Matt) went above and beyond to help make this happen. I can't say enough about how incredible this team is. Thank you!

My wife was traumatized by being unable to access the hotel when she arrived around 7 pm. Police had blocked the entrances and had no 8nstructions for guests. She called me in tears wondering what to do. Your hotel should be experts at knowing how to treat your regular guests even when the prime minister is staying there. As guests checking in that night we should have been given instructions.
I found the hotel extremely noisy. I was waken up every morning at 06 AM by workers drilling just near my room.
