YOUR ARRIVAL

Wellness Check: Upon arrival you will be greeted at the main Front Street entrance with a friendly smile and temperature check, along with a few screening questions. Guests that do not pass the screening will be asked to quarantine in a designated area of the hotel.

Parking: Valet Parking is available at the hotel Front Street main entrance for $59 CAD per night. Self-parking options are available onsite and offsite. You may hold your car temporarily at the Front Street layby when checking in or departing. Click here for map and directions to additional parking.

Luggage Handling: A Bell person is available to help you with your luggage at your request. Disinfecting spray is available to wipe down luggage surfaces.

 

YOUR STAY

Face Mask: During your stay please wear a mask at all times in the public areas of the hotel. Masks will be provided for guests who do not have one.

Social Distancing: Furniture throughout the public areas of the hotel have been rearranged to facilitate social distancing.

Hand Sanitizing: Hand Sanitizing Stations have been placed in high traffic areas throughout the hotel.

Housekeeping: Your room will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with EPA-registered cleaning products, with a 48-hours resting time between each guest. Housekeeping during your stay will occur every three days, when your room is vacant or upon request when your room is vacant.

Room Amenities: Wellness kits (hand sanitizer, mask) are available upon request. Pens, stationary, magazines and alarm clocks have been removed but are available upon request.

Laundry/Dry Cleaning: Regular service is available. Items sent prior to 10:00 AM are returned same business day by 6 PM. Items sent after 10:00 AM are returned following day by 10:00 AM.

In-room Dining: Serving Breakfast and Dinner, contactless In-room Dining is available from 6:00 AM to 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, daily.

Pet-Policy: Small pets are welcome at a fee of $50 per stay.



AT THE HOTEL

Dining:  All dining venues are temporarily closed in compliance with government restrictions. In-room dining is available for Breakfast and Dinner. 

Fairmont Gold: The 18th Floor Fairmont Gold Lounge is temporarily closed. Breakfast is available through in-room dining between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM to enjoy in the comfort of your room, and evening canapes are delivered between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM at a time best suited for your enjoyment. Your dedicated Concierge is available at any time via a text messaging service or call button.

Pool & Health Club: In compliance with government restrictions imposed on Toronto fitness centres, the Health Club is temporarily closed until further reopening guidelines are released.

Concierge: Contactless Concierge via phone, (416) 368-2511 and email is available. The Concierge Desk remains closed.

Services/Amenities not available at this time: Dining Venues, Fitness Centre & Pool, Business Centre, BMW Bikes, Childcare, Shops located on the Avenues Level.

 

WHAT’S OPEN IN TORONTO

Toronto is currently in Lockdown Stage of Ontario's COVID-19 response framework for at least 28 days. Only essential services are open at this time.
