Tongo Room - was unavailable during my stay Laurel Court - food lacked flavor, chicken was pink in the middle Room Service - only received half of order
So , checking in -- lots of folks in line, one person working. Then told, they didn't consolidate two of my reservations, even though when I made my second reservation, they ensured me I wouldn't have to change rooms. Checked in, no you have to change rooms...I had to call down to get the wifi passowrd. miraculously when I went down around 5 am a room 2 doors down from me had been empty all night and they let me move at 5 am. Now my billing is incorrect, and it has been over 48 hours, since I sent an email on that. No response. Overpriced -- not worth the $. Restaurant is very overpriced for the quality of food.
Tonga room closed, no tea service, no complimentary drinking water in room, water pressure in shower unacceptable.
Beautiful, beautiful hotel within walking distance to so much. Great views , had a great time.

Rooms are okay, but service was awful. No breakfast included, so we had to order from a menu. The sourdough bread was tiny and cosy almost 20 dollars. We asked multiple times for water on our room (which should be included), but we didn’t receive anything. After checkout I’m still waiting for my invoice. Not what you expect for a 700 dollar a night hotel room!
Stay was good. I provided feedback to the reception about the shower. water was barely warm, not hot at all. Rest everything was fine. Carpets in the room can be cleaner too.
Prior to my visit I had a few queries that went unanswered on email, on the chat option the person hung up on me, and the information on the front desk was unclear and conflicting. The overall upkeep of the property is poor and the service quality was sub par as well.
I stayed as part of a block booking for business. I paid for an upgraded room which had a wonderful view, however, the room was tired and dated. The basic items in the room were clean, such as the bathroom bed, side tables, but the corners of the room, and carpets were dirty and worn. The power outlets on the lamps do not work, the USB outlet only worked on the side of the desk. I used an international adapter and could only use 1 power outlet in the whole room. The TV remote was slow and took too long to find anything to watch.

Iconic location, a clean hotel, but it shows its age. Rooms had tiles cracked and coming off in the bathrooms. Beds were a bit lumpy—time for an upgrade in comfort.
