I stayed as part of a business conference nearby and found the property to be well-maintained and appointed.
Our first visit. We’ll he back! Stayed for one night in a balcony suite and will do that again.
Room was next to lift and also the Housekeeping storage. Lot of noise middle of night coming from corridor or next room and also housekeeping movement and chatter in morning. I also lost a t-shirt and asked housekeeping if it got carried away while change on linen.
Comfortable stay, nice in room breakfast, complimentary water at check in, great location for everything we needed to do while visiting. Would stay again!
I get it's a spendy, fancy hotel, but it felt like a lot of nickel and diming. $13 to use Internet? $9 (kind of bad) coffee? When you offer a premium product don't make it worse than the typical business standard. But it's easy for rich people to just pay for extra stuff and you take advantage of that.

The Hotel was lovely, staff was very friendly, and the precise cleanliness was outstanding! Ate at the restaurant onsite and was also referred to a local fare. Definitely recommend!

I had a 2 night stay at your hotel in SF. I was there for business and cared about 2 things; internet and the gym. Once in my room I noticed internet had an extra cost, which I expect to be free nowadays. However, I knew my booking included high speed internet so I had to walk down to the lobby and get instructions to just accept the cost and that it would be waived on the bill. Fine. Then I asked about the gym and was told costs extra, but you could be member of ALL and it would be included, so I joined ALL. Next morning, I go to the gym and I'm not in the system and was told I could add the cost to my bill and contest it later. Same thing happened when I tried the next morning. When I checked out, they confirmed I was a member. I do not like dealing with the cognitive load of having to handle extra costs on the bill that should not be there. That's just really poor service! On top of that, from a nice hotel, I expect both internet and fitness center to be included without an extra fee. Otherwise, it makes it feel cheap and ruins the joy of being there.
