Had an issue with mold in our hotel room. Had to move rooms, the management did great. But not what I would ever expect to find at a Fairmont hotel.

The hotel was comfortable and staff was friendly. There were a few things that caused me to lower my overall experience score: 1) the water pressure in the shower is incredibly low 2) the blinds in my room were jammed and I was unable to see the view or get natural sunlight in the room 3) the rooms are a bit dated and could use a refresh
I paid $500 for one night and was not going to pay another $20 to use the gym, it's the principle, I have never had to pay to use a gym at a hotel. You should not advertise a nice gym unless its included with your stay or have a **note that is going to cost you extra. Only one barista for coffee in the morning @ 6:30am. There's only one person making lattes and ringing people up creating a nice long wait.....no coffee in the room either....huge miss, poor experience. I am sure with all the additional sales you would get through it would have paid for the other person or put a good dent in their wages but create a better experience for your customers....just a thought.
