Fairmont San Jose is proud to introduce our new Executive Chef, Marcelo Salinas, and invite you to experience his signature cuisine at our Chef's Table dinner series. Our seasonal Chef's Table dinners will provide an opportunity for you to not only meet Chef Marcelo, but to be the first to taste dishes from his seasonal menus before they are debuted at the Lobby Lounge and Fountain Restaurant.
