Bell Staff

Bellmen are located at the Lobby Level of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.


The Concierge Desk is located in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They can help you arrange dinner reservations, get theater tickets and give you directions to major attractions and events.

Express Check-Out

Guests can verify their account balance and check-out through their television set. A receipt will be emailed to the address provided by the guest at the time of reservation or check-in.

Babysitting services are available at the hotel. Advance reservations are required and may be made through the Concierge.

$ 25.00 per hour for the first two children. For three or four children, there is an additional $5.00 per hour, for a total of $30.00 per hour. This rate is subject to a $20 travel fee and special valet parking fee of $6.50.

Please contact the Concierge to confirm the babysitter at least 12 hours before services are required.

The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service to ensure the comfort of all our guests.

  • Valet parking: $50.00 per night including in-and-out privileges.
  • Complimentary hybrid and electric vehicle charging stations courtesy of Tesla.

2. Visitors:

  • First hour: $20.00
  • Additional hours: $7.00
  • Full day: $50.00

3. FIG Restaurant

  • First two and a half hours with validation: $7.00
  • Each additional hour: $7.00
  • Maximum charge: $50.00

4. Lobby Lounge

  • First two hours with validation: $15.00
  • Each additional hour: $7.00
  • Maximum charge: $50.00

5. The Bungalow

  • $20 up to 2 hours/ $7 each additional hour
  • Maximum charge: $50.00

6. Special events parking:

  • Banquet Functions: $20.00
  • Maximum charge: $50.00

All parking rates subject to 10% city parking tax.

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at the hotel. The animal must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the room. Seeing-eye dogs are always welcome and exempt of restrictions.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Safe deposit boxes are available at the Front Desk at no extra charge.

Wheelchair Accessibility

The hotel is wheelchair accessible, and has a variety of wheelchair accessible rooms. In order to better service the guest, Reservation/Front Desk Agents must be aware of the nature of the guest's needs.
