Pike Place Market
Just a short 15-minute walk from the hotel, the city's beloved public market is a vibrant neighborhood comprised of hundreds of farmers, craftspeople, small business and residences. Come see fresh wild Alaskan King Salmon being thrown by the hands of fishmongers at the world-famous Pike Place Fish Market or wander the dozens of stalls for art and hand-made gifts. Downtown Waterfront
The downtown waterfront is a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel and offers a wide range of Seattle sightseeing opportunities. Home to The Seattle Aquarium, Seattle Great Wheel, as well as the port for both the Clipper and Argosy Cruises, Seattle's waterfront is literally on the doorstep to the Puget Sound. Follow the Waterfront down to the Olympic Sculpture Park which leads you into downtown Seattle's gem, Myrtle Edwards Park, where you will be greeted with sweeping views of Mount Rainier to your left, Elliott Bay as well as the Cascade and Olympic Mountain Ranges.  

Pioneer Square
Pioneer Square is Seattle's original neighborhood dating back to 1852 and is known for its art galleries, museums, shops and restaurants. Steps from the Seattle stadiums and sports center and Seattle's International District, Pioneer Square is a great destination all its own or a perfect pit stop to any one of Seattle's other adventures. Take a day (or two!) to stroll through this area and experience a part of Seattle's historic culture.

Capitol Hill
Steps from the hotel and the downtown corridor, Capitol Hill is known as Seattle's arts, dining and coffee culture heart. Every corner features another uniquely local experience, from the Starbucks Reserve Rostery or any one of the dozens of local coffee shops, to Capitol Hill's ongoing Art Walk series, Capitol Hill is a local treasure. Take a stroll up the hill to find your next favorite local's stop.

The Seattle Center
The Seattle Center offers something for the whole family.  Attractions include: Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, Chihuly Garden and Glass, Seattle Opera, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Experience Music Project (EMP Museum) and so much more. Guests of the hotel can either walk the 15-20 minutes from downtown to Seattle Center, take the Monorail (leaves just blocks from the hotel and goes directly to Seattle Center) or check with the Fairmont Olympic bell and valet team to inquire about taking the hotel's house car.

Woodland Park Zoo
Open daily, the award-winning Woodland Park Zoo is just a 15-minute drive from the hotel. 

Boeing Everett Plant
Just 35-minutes from the hotel, the Boeing Everett Plant is a must see tourist attraction for airplane enthusiasts visiting the Seattle area.  The 90-minute tour will bring you up close and personal with the Boeing experience from the history of the company to the assembly and testing of the airplanes.
