Excellent stay, well appointed rooms and staff were amazing at helping us organise bookings.
It is a very relaxing and comfortable weekend stay with Fairmont. I am well taken care from check in to check out. I am blessed to be given a room upgrade and it certainly make my stay more enjoyable. The room is well equipped with all the necessary amenities to make it feel just like home. I think the only thing to note is to request for non-connecting rooms if prefer a more quiet environment.

It was also a very nice stay at Fairmont Ambassador Seoul as always. I had to use crutches due to my foot injury and everyone was really helpful for me to move around the hotel. When i approched to the elevator, someone was helping me to catch the elevator and make sure i got in safely and push the floor button for me. Trundown service was excellent, and the staffs at the spectrum were outstanding. I specially thanks to "Ben" who was really nice to me last time i was there. And to Mr. Frank Loison, i hope to see you at the breakfast buffet again. it is nice to know someone other than me really appreciate the bridge seats :) I wish everyone at the Fairmont Ambassador Seoul great success in the future.
