Outstanding service and my room was perfect!
The room was in great condition. Most aspects were in order. However, some things to note: 1. The mattress is beginning to show its age. It was sunken on the right side. 2. The breakfast was very ordinary for a hotel of Fairmont's prestige. Very little creativity and flair. Basically the same type of breakfast that I'd be able to get anywhere in Singapore. If the intent is to give tourists a local taste, then more effort can be invested to present it better. Besides, the breakfast place was hot and borderline uncomfortable. 3. The service was OK. However, I am drawing parallels with some of the largest hotel chains with comparable products, like Hilton and Marriot. The service from the heart element is missing, and is immediately noticeable to discerning guests. Hope this helps!

It was staycation to celebrate my birthday. As Accor member, there was complimentary cake sent to the room during past stays. However, during this stay, there was not even birthday card. The hotel has lost its personal touch.
Overall very good experience. Room was nice and comfortable. I was a big fan of the filtered water tap in the room that reduced the waste of plastic water bottles. The service was top notch from everyone I encountered during my stay. Will stay again at this location.
Check in and check out was not a pleasant experience. Always long lines. Your front desk is understaffed at times.

Stayed for 2 nights, i would say the total experience was average, nothing special but paid premium for it. My husband was given a razor with a blunt blade and ended up with horrible wounds. Although.. i commend the first aider who gave him first aid and took pictures to investigate the matter. But no feedback or any consolation on the event. Definitely not coming back because of those reasons.
Love staying at the Fairmont. Great location, lovely staff. Helpful and efficient. Unfortunately the neighbours were very loud and at 1:30am I complained.
All of the things check the boxes, except for the bed (we are particular on this, only like firm beds 😜) and the aircon setup (we feel it is always super cold no matter how high we put the temp), apart from that: super!
