Delight in a thoughtfully curated 5-course menu by Executive Chef Davide, each course masterfully paired with a selection of distinguished Fantinel wines. This dinner promises to be an unforgettable journey through the flavours of Friuli, expertly designed to highlight the unique characteristics of each wine and dish.

Start with a Crocchetta di Radicchio e San Daniele, a chicory croquette with San Daniele Prosciutto, paired with La Gioiosa Prosecco Treviso, NV. Continue with Il Baccala’ Mantecato, a cod mousse with grilled polenta, Ajoblanco, and lime-pink pepper meringue, paired with Collio Sauvignon DOC “Judri” 2022. 


Enjoy Risi, Verze e Luganega, a Carnaroli risotto with Savoy cabbage, pork sausage, and Montasio cheese, complemented by “Caterina” Ribolla Gialla 2022. Savour Gnocchi alla Friulana, roasted pumpkin gnocchi with Asiago fondue, paired with “Rocciaponca” Pinot Grigio Collio 2022. 


Indulge in Gulash Triestino, Wagyu beef cheek in tomato-paprika sauce with garlic mash, matched with “Venko” Collio Rosso 2017, and finish with Il Tiramisu’ Veneziano and a Fantinel Dessert Cocktail.
