The resort is beautiful, the staff is very kind and helpful. The restaurant and bar have a good selection of food and drinks. The spa was the cherry on the cake.

All the staff at the hotel were kind, helpful and always had a smile to share. The spa was off the charts with first class ammendeties. They only bad experience was some of the bar food was so salty we couldn't eat it. Everyone was wonderful.

We stayed in two connecting mission spa suites. While the rooms were well appointed and comfortable for the price they could use updating. We also had to have two maintenance requests during our stay. One for no hot water and the 2nd for a running toilet. While both items were fixed, these are things I don't want to deal with when I'm paying over $800/night. Grounds were beautiful although we didn't get to enjoy with the rain. Working fireplaces were a nice extra. Thank you.

This hotel is incredible. However, we stayed in February when it was cold and the lobby/restaurant/bar was freezing. The only place to warm up was in our room.
The people who work here are second to none. Everyone that works on this property that I have come into contact with are beyond helpful and accommodating. Amazing actually.
Came with friends to attend some tastings and restaurants. Champagne welcome was lovely and we had a great dinner at Sante. The weather was not great and we were quite cold, even sitting by the fire in the lobby. Our bathroom was extremely cold (room 142) and we had to ask for some slippers as the floor was like ice. Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nobody was at front desk when I checked out on 2/26. My credit card was billed almost twice what the reservation confirmation says I would owe at the hotel. I have requested via email a copy of the bill and not received a response. I called the hotel, andI had to leave a message. Again, no response. I am very disappointed with the follow through of this property. Additionally, our room was not properly stocked after the first night. I had to go to the front desk to request towels, coffee, water, etc. because the room phone did not work.
