    We had a nice nice stay. A little too short to take advantage of all the spa facilities, but good overall.

    Did not like the quality of rooms in relation to price

    Staff were unfortunately very unfriendly and they seemed bothered by guests overall - rooms were old and unclean. Needs to be updated-Garden area also unclean and not well kept - pools were crowded and seemed unclean as well overall we had a 5 experience out of 10

    Wonderful Experience

    My family had a wonderful experience celebrating a milestone birthday and Mothers Day at the Fairmont. We took advantage of almost everything the hotel has to offer such as the live music Saturday night, the food truck, spa, spa pools and cabana, workout room, restaurant, and bar. We experienced exemplary customer service throughout our stay.

    One of our favorite hotels

    I enjoy the layout of the grounds and the fact it is dog-friendly. I also enjoy the pool / bar area and the gym, and our suite was wonderful. The staff is very efficient and friendly. A very pleasant stay.

    Staff was fantastic and the hotel is lovely

    To be honest, our stay did not start off well. Between undercooked chicken, a poor room overlooking the main driveway (was supposed to be an upgrade) to various other small but frustrating issues on the first day. However our concerns were addressed. Our second room was lovely, and the staff could not have been nicer or more gracious.
