Accommodations for Guests with Disabilities

There are 10 rooms at the resort which are specially adapted for guests with disabilities and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats, shower benches and/or step stools upon request. Wheel chair and golf cart transportation is also available for guests who may require assistance moving about the resort.

We recommend Guests book directly with the following baby-sitting services: 

Bell Staff

Bellmen are located in the Main Lobby of the hotel. They will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.

Concierge

The Concierge are available daily in the Main Lobby of the hotel for assistance with dinner reservations, event tickets, tours and directions to sites in and around Northern California, or any other request that will ensure a pleasant and enjoyable visit.

Fireplaces

There is a large wood-burning fireplace located in the hotel lobby and several of the suites also have working fireplaces.  Please refer to the room descriptions under Accommodations for more detail.

Gift Shops

Spa Boutique 

At the Willow Stream Spa Boutique, we carry only the highest quality spa and skincare products, including Kerstin Florian International and Willow Stream Energy (a rich blend of ginger, lemongrass and sandalwood). These brands share our holistic well-being philosophies and are available in the Spa Boutique and now on our retail website.

The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa offers locally authentic body and gift lines, including our Signature Apricot and Cream, Sonoma Lavender, and NV OrganicsGrapeseed. These products not only relax and rejuvenate, but also ccreate memorable experiences.  

We also proudly feature Salon hair care and styling products including, Aquage and Paul Mitchell, and make-up by Jane Iredale Mineral. 

Don't miss our exclusive designer apparel lines which include swimsuits, yoga and casual resort wear.  Shop our exquisite jewelry lines including Kathy Kamai. Find the latest fashionable handbags, scarves and hats, as well small leather goods.

Housekeeping

The Housekeeping staff is pleased to offer twice-daily maid service to ensure the best possible comfort to all our guests.

Parking

Valet and Self-Parking are available. (Charges apply for Valet Service)

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa.

Please contact Royal Service at (707) 938 - 9000 to make the necessary arrangements for your pet.

Any pet at the resort must be on a leash at all times and must not be left unattended in the guest room. Pets are not permitted in the Food & Beverage outlets and are not permitted in the Pool due to health regulations.

A pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay will apply. No more than two animals per guestroom.

Service animals are always welcome and exempt from the daily charge and the restrictions regarding the Food & Beverage outlets and Pool regulations.

The Housekeeping Department will have beds and bowls for dogs and cats, which will be placed in the guest room prior to arrival. Complimentary biodegradable pet waste pick up bags are available at the Front Desk.

Resort Fee

In order to better serve our guests we have implemented a resort fee that provides access and privileges to the very best of Sonoma Valley Wine Country. We proudly offer a wide variety of activities and services that are available to all guests through the resort fee program. A charge of $35 per room per night, subject to applicable taxes, is automatically applied to every stay and provides guests with the following amenities and services:

  • Unlimited basic internet access in guest rooms and resort public areas: wireless or wired (Fairmont President’s Club members receive an upgrade to premium speed internet access) 
  • Local and toll-free telephone calls 
  • Complimentary self-parking 
  • On-site shuttle service to Sonoma Plaza, Sonoma Golf Club (based upon availability)

Swimming Pools

The main swimming pool is available year round for all guests (food and beverage pool service is offered seasonally in the warm weather months). 
Our spa pools are open year round for guests 18 years and older (charges apply).
