Sonoma Mission Inn's Second Winemaker Dinner - Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 6:30pm

Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn’s Executive Chef Jared Reeves, in partnership with winemaker Joel Burt from Las Jaras Wines, will be hosting an al fresco plant-based winemaker dinner on Wednesday, June 30, 2021, under the landmark Water Tower.  The 4-course natural wine paired dinner includes a sparkling reception; (Reception, 6:30pm; Dinner, 7:00pm).  The event is priced at $120.00 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity).

Maple Glazed Heirloom Carrots, Green Garlic Tofu, Dukkah Spice, Crispy Quinoa

2019 Pinot Noir "La Belle Promenade," Willamette Valley, Oregon

Confit King Oyster Mushroom, Truffled Grits, Roast Sunchoke, Dandelion

 

4th Course

2019 Sweet Berry Wine, Red Blend, Mendocino

Coconut & Chocolate Mousse, Summer Berry Coulis, Candied Pistachio
