Executive Chef Ian Syme is cooking up a storm with a Bottomless Sunday brunch. The menu features local Scottish seafood, quality Scottish beef beef, a variety of salads, an element of live cooking and a dessert buffet accompanied by cocktails and champagne.

The Food

Using fresh and local produce, Squire restaurant will play host to a lavish and exquisite food offering. Observe as our chefs perform a live cooking demonstration and order cocktails to watch them shaken before your eyes, inbetween courses that you've created yourself from a bountiful buffet. 

 Join us on the first Sunday of every month between 1pm and 4pm.

    Under Scottish licensing laws, the bottomless package is inclusive of a maximum of four alcoholic drinks. The virgin package includes unlimited soft drinks.
