Executive Chef Ian Syme is cooking up a storm with a regular Sunday brunch. The menu features local Scottish seafood, roast striploin of Tweed valley beef, smoked Finnan haddock, a variety of salads and a dessert buffet accompanied by cocktails and champagne.
