After checking in to your suite, take a stroll through the lush greenery and blooming fields to Gapstow Bridge and discover a luxurious picnic set-up waiting for your enjoyment. A large blanket stretched over the grass and adorned with plush Plaza pillows will allow you the most comfortable seating to enjoy your picnic in Plaza fashion. The elegant wicker basket with Plaza double P initials will be brimming with a symphony of savory and sweet delights.

The Perfect Plaza Picnic menu includes a charcuterie platter, a pleasure to share with family or friends, with an array of quality cured meats, cornichons, and baguette bread a local cheese platter with a selection of the finest cheeses to pair with fresh fruits, jams and crackers or crostini.
Guests can refresh with a glass of sparkling water or lemonade before diving into the baguettini sandwiches by the dozen. From Apple Saffron Chutney with Aged Cheddar, to Prosciutto with Pear Ginger Jam and Blue Cheese, or a classic Turkey Breast with Aged Cheddar and Dijon Mayonnaise, there is a choice for everyone’s palate. Indulge your sweet tooth with a cookie, brownie or caramel from the dessert platter before moving on to your next New York minute. No packing necessary, our picnic experts will handle the clean up for a seamless Plaza alfresco dining experience.

Terms & Conditions
This package is available for bookings of a minimum two-night stay in a Plaza King or up, and is available Tuesdays through Sundays until September 30th, 2023.

This package needs to be booked at least 3 days prior to check-in, and is subject to availability of rooms at time of booking. Any additional picnic guest will be $50 each. This does not include tax or gratuity. Reservations required 72 hours in advance and are arranged at the time of booking through The Plaza Guest Experience team. This offer must be pre-paid and is non-refundable with exception to cancellations due to weather.
