There was quite a bit of noise from indoor and outdoor construction which made it difficult for my boyfriend to work from our room (as I was attending a conference). Having said that, we were offered a different room where the noise was reduced a little and the room was upgraded too - we appreciated that very much. The staff was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Ok stay but extremly over priced for the quality of the room.

I have stayed at more than 20 Fairmont locations over the years and the Fairmont Tremblant is extremely dated. The room decor and overall quality does not represent the cost we paid for our King Room. I understand the Gold Floor was/is under renovations but we were deeply disappointed with our room. The staff were polite and courteous but the room was extremely dissatisfying. We will be staying at another hotel in the future. Note, this was the same impression that marked me when I stay at the Montebello property earlier this year. Unless staying in a modern downtown location, I feel these more secluded locations are being neglected and therefore deteriorating.

Disappointing

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been a great experience. This time I was very disappointed. I had a pedicure that was probably the worst I’ve ever had . I was suggested to have the extra care added , to which I agreed . So it ended up being very costly for a bad job . Had it been done well , I wouldn’t have minded the price. My daughter who has food allergies , reacted after having dinner in the hotel . I couldn’t wait to check out in the morning . When usually I don’t want to leave . Dissatisfied overall . I will most likely reconsider staying here next trip .

Celebrated our anniversary and family vacation. Disappointed that lots of maintenance was happing and it was in between seasons and gondola and most attractions were closed but the staff helped us have a great experience and make the best off what was available.

Very convenient to have a room adjacent to the convention center hosting the competition, especially with a very early call time the next morning. Nice room, great views.
