I was told I would get my incidental money back and still have not received it. I was told by four employees I would get my money returned to me after three to five days. I call and asked about it, then I was told it was never taken out of my account but it was. Then the person started getting aggressive about it so I hung up. I was so excited to spend a week at the DC hotel but was horribly disappointed. I just wish someone would make this right.

I love the Fairmont. But this time there were issues with power. The staff is always wonderful. My room was very warm, making sleep uncomfortable. The concierge lounge was closed, which was disappointing.

Our room was not ready at check in time. A paper bag containing some of our things was accidentally thrown out even though it was nowhere near the trash.
Staff was very good and responsive even under tough circumstances like AC and hot water off for more than 24 hours and dirty bathroom.
Accord is a seal of excellence. We had a great time. The service, the staff and the food. Great location, excellent neighborhood. Great experience
We had a good stay until our 3rd day when we had ants in our bathroom that went all over our toothbrushes. We stayed on the gold floor and they did not hesitate to change our rooms and give us new toothbrushes. They also did laundry for free since our clothes that needed washing were in the bathroom laundry bag and I didn't want to risk taking insects home. That same day the power was out and no wifi or hot water since a guest left water running on the floor above us and this blew the power. We then moved to another room on another floor. Because we missed out on the lounge for dinner and then breakfast the next day, they still let us eat at the restaurant for free and did not charge us for the one night when we had no electricity, hot water or wifi.

Excellent, quiet and clean room. Front desk staff were outstanding. Breakfast was good, but the waiter was not, possibly due to a language problem. However, the manager fixed the problem.
