The hotel was beautiful and the room was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a great job. My only complaints are that when I checked in, the front desk person did not tell me there would be $100 / day incidental charge placed on my cc. Additionally at the conference (AIRI), the only black tea available was Earl Grey and decaffeinated tea. I pointed it out to the staff and explained that Earl Grey is a flavored tea. When I went back to get a second cup of tea, hot water and tea were removed from the two stations and only coffee was available. Not sure why there was such disregard towards non-coffee drinkers.

Was in for a wedding. Hotel was nice. What I expected

Great location, well laid out. Only criticism is that the showers are low for tall people. Internet in room should be free.
I was not made aware that there is parking fee, separately for internet and extra charges. It is expected as a customer the internet should be available for free. No staff came to take our luggage to our booked room when arrived.
My stay was fine. The hotel lobby was nice. My room was a typical room, nothing special. The View was terrible. The lobby bar service started off bad but got better. Check-in was okay. I was charged for double occupancy but only had me there. Trying to fix it during booking was terrible and was never rectified.
