We came here again as we loved this hotel, Everything about this hotel is superb,. From the beautiful comfortable rooms, staff & food. Afternoon tea is the best I’ve had at this hotel. Spa facilities are excellent, Surroundings are stunning. Thank you for looking after my husband & myself.

Such a fantastic half term break with our children who didn’t want to leave! The activites planned for the children were just amazing. The staff, decor and rooms are just beautiful. We are already looking to book again, so glad we found this special place!

We stayed for a special birthday for 2 nights. Lovely hotel, service is excellent, great food. Afternoon tea was also very nice and great for a birthday treat. Spa is very nice but treatments are expensive for what they are. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel. 😀
Booked to stay with my mother, sister and husband. Afternoon tea, spa and evening meal followed by bed and breakfast. Impeccable service and clean rooms. Spa was a little busy but being well maintained by staff.

Overall a positive experience, but for a 5 start hotel I would expect far higher attention to detail. Many areas had chipped paint and grout was dirty in places. If they could have spent a little more money with maintenance, this would be a five star hotel, it just feels that certain areas have been don't cheaply and not to the 5 start standard such as the maintenance and furnishings seems to be faux leather rather than real leather for example

The customer service was poor. The spa hours for children are misleading. Prior to arriving I was told that children could use the spa 08:00-10:00 and 16:00-17:30, however on arrival the spa receptionist informed me that I had to make an hour booking within those times. I asked to speak to the spa manager who I was told was busy. The spa receptionist said that the spa manager would make contact with me, however I heard nothing from them during my stay. Extremely disappointed in the service and feel misled.
